Fabulous!

Date of stay: May 2019

We have just returned from a lovely week at Maison Vignoble. The cottage is beautiful and exactly how it looks in the photos and the garden is gorgeous and so quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely time exploring the local area which is so pretty. Carrie met us on arrival and recommended places to visit which was very useful. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful break in the French Countryside but not far away from towns and villages then we cannot recommend this property enough

A delightful property with everything you'd want.

Date of stay: May 2019

Stayed here with my son, as a base for buying antiques in the area. Good hunting ground. A really lovely cottage with pleasant garden, good sitting area and lovely field with vineyard. More importantly for us a good bedroom each with ensuite and a well-equipped modern kitchen. Lovely owner, so very helpful. A very attractive location in the parc naturel. Peaceful and quiet without being isolated. Highly recommended - and I've stayed in many through Chez Nous.

Just what we wanted, tranquil and relaxing.

Date of stay: October 2018

The cottage catered for all our needs, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen had everything and the log burner was brilliant for the evening. If you want a virtually traffic free holiday in a most beautiful area of France, Maison Vignoble is perfect.

Relaxing stay

Date of stay: September 2018

We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful and unspoilt house. Carrie was brilliant even advising us of a local honey festival which was very interesting. We loved Piegut market and also were very moved by our visit to Oradour sur Glane a must if staying in the area. We had 2 fabulous meals at Auberge du Presbytere in st Batholemew would really recommend going there all in all a beautiful homely cottage

Lovely Gite in a Peaceful enviroment

Date of stay: July 2018

We were a party of 4 and the gite was ideal.
Carrie was excellent from start to finish.
it's ideally situated for exploring the surrounding countryside. Brantome is beautiful and the lake at St. Estephe is great for a day out.
All in all a great holiday.

Very relaxing and enjoyable property

Date of stay: June 2018

We have just returned from a week in this delightful gite. It is very pretty with lovely gardens that are full of visiting birds. We spent many an hour sipping wine and watching their antics. The gite is situated in a peaceful setting with easy travel to many pretty and interesting towns and villages.
Carrie was extremely accommodating with any requests we had and was always available at the end of the phone if needed. A wonderful week in France. Thanks Carrie.

Lovely restful stay.

Date of stay: June 2018

Maison Vignoble is a lovely place to stay for a restful holiday. it is very attractive and comfortable with everything that you would need. The gardens are beautiful.
It is nicely placed to visit other villages and places of interest and there is a very good restaurant just down the road.
We enjoyed the large market at Piegut-Pluviers and visited the lake at St. Estephe. Our visit to the site of the WW2 massacre at Oradour sur Glane was very moving. Many thanks to Carrie for all her help.
