Villa set in lovely gardens, great views, hot tub, table tennis, very quiet

The villa has been in our family for over 30 years. It is in provencal style all on 1 level, surrounded on all sides by gardens, with lemon and orange trees, olive tree(lit at night) and Mediterranean plants.

There are 3 bedrooms, a large double with a toilet, shower and handbasin and double french door leading onto the garden, a double with french doors leading onto the garden, a twin (or a king) with windows and a bathroom with bath and shower attachment, bidet and hand basin.
We also have a highchair, child intex bed, and baby cot.

There is an entrance hall with a seperate toilet.

The lounge is bright airy and has 2 sets of French patio doors, original fireplace and a dining table and chairs.There is a plasma tv, with apple tv, netflix and some sky programmes. There is wifi throughout the villa.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has lovely red provencal tiles. There is a 4 burner hob, seperate oven, dishwasher, slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker plus all crockery and cutlery.

From the kitchen and lounge there is a large terrace with table and chairs. A bbq is there for cooking ouside.

This covered terrace looks onto a beautiful old olive tree that is lit at night. There is plenty of seating in the garden, and on the decked area.

This year we have bought a 6 person hot tub, which will be made permanent if it is sucessful.

We have a table tennis table, games and books for both adults and children. There is also have a kayak for your use.

The villa is situated in Cavalaire-sur-mer, just a 5 min drive from the beautiful 3km sandy beach and the pretty village with marina. To walk to the beach and village takes 15 mins (but we would recommend a car in order to visit the beautiful surrounding area). St Tropez is only 10km away and can be reached by car or by bus(3 euros).

Cavalaire has a beautiful sandy bay with lots of water sports and swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving opportunities. Boats can be hired locally too..Nearby there is a maine national park, rocky coves and headlands to explore by foot or by sea. Open water sea swimming is very popular now and for scuba diving Cavalaire and the bay has world renowned wrecks. Dives can be arranged with local dive shops.

Cycling is very popular with dedicated cycle pathsin cavalaire and the local area. There are ferrys to the local islands which is a great day out.
There are weekly markets in the village, and plenty of shops , bars and restaurants.

The mimosa festivals are in February, and definitely a must, as is the Voiles de St Tropez in october 9a big exciting sailing competition)

The villa is primarily our home, so has all the small items that you would want from a stay. As we have been in cavalaire for many many years we are happy to share our knowledge and will help you maximise your holiday in any way we can.
The garden is enclosed and we do accept dogs, but by prior agreement and at a small extra charge.
