Located in a tranquil setting, with fantastic views, La Gasteboisiere is an ideal base for exploring the lovely Normandy countryside and beaches.

The Cottage comfortably caters for 7 guests. There are four bedrooms, one main bathroom and one en-suite shower room. The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen, with a gas hob and electric oven, a separate dining room and a living room with a woodburner and satellite TV.

Outside there is a private decking area with patio furniture and reclining chairs. Guests are also welcome to use the large garden, which has a duck pond, stream, golf practice holes and a 10m x 5m swimming pool. If the weather is not too great, then guests can use the indoor games room with a 10ft x 5 ft snooker table, darts, table tennis, pub style pool table (free play) and a wide screen TV with Wii and UK freesat TV..

The property is 10 minutes drive from Brecey and Sourdeval and less than half an hour away from the larger market towns of Avranches, St Hilaire Du Harcouet and Vire. Mont St Michel and the beaches near Granville are 45 minutes drive.

There is also a second rentable property in the grounds which sleeps up to 4 people (reference 235212). There is one double bedroom located upstairs (spiral staircase), with it's own wc and washbasin. The twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor. A shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living room are also found on this floor.
