Beautifully converted school with superb views and private pool. Sleeps 2-7.

This lovely converted school, at the edge of an unspoilt village, enjoys wonderful views over Le Parc Naturel Regional de Quercy. Soucirac is centrally situated between the Lot and Dordogne rivers and ideally placed for all local attractions. The house is 7km from the charming village of Le Vigan and 15km from the thriving market town of Gourdon.

Accommodation comprises: Ground floor: a large, comfortable living room, dining area and very well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Downstairs WC. English satellite TV / DVD / CD player. A large selection of DVDs and books + some CDs and board games are provided for guests' use. Free wi-fi.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, 1 large double room with a double & single bed and 1 further bedroom with twin beds. There is a large family bathroom with twin washbasins, a separate shower cubicle and an additional over the bath shower. Separate upstairs WC.

Outside, there is a secluded 3/4 acre garden and a 1.2 acre paddock with far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside, a parking area for up to 3 cars and a lovely south-facing, enclosed courtyard. The private 10 x 5 metre pool has a wonderful, sunny position in the garden with a decking area, loungers, tables, chairs and parasols. The pool has an alarm to conform to French regulations. There is also an outdoor table tennis table, boules pitch and dart board.

The enclosed, south facing courtyard overlooks the superb views of the surrounding countryside. It has a wooden table and chairs with a large parasol and a delightful, covered outdoor living area with built in BBQ and comfortable seating. For added convenience there is an additional, outdoor kitchen which also houses the washing machine and a second fridge.

Bed linen, tea towels, bath towels and hand towels for the kitchens and downstairs W.C. are provided. Please bring your own pool towels.

The property is unsuitable for under 5s and we do not accept pets.

Lets are from Sunday to Sunday.

Prices quoted are for 2 people per week & include 5.5% tourist tax. For 20/21 Low season add £75 per person per week (pppw). For 2022 add £85 pppw. Mid & High seasons 20/21 add £95 pppw, For 2022 add £100 pppw.

A 5% discount is applied for 2 or more weeks booked.
