The villa is within easy reach of the bastide towns, vineyards and châteaux for which the area is so well known. A full range of sporting and leisure activities is on offer locally - golf, lakes, canoeing and fishing, among many others.
For day trips, there is also easy access to Bordeaux, Agen, Perigueux and Toulouse.
