In the heart of the Calvados area in the 'Suisse Normande', with its beautiful rivers and countryside, the house is in a rural setting but is only a five minute walk from the centre of Pont d'Ouilly, a small town on the River Orne, with a variety of shops and amenities. An hours drive from the ferry at Ouistreham (Caen), Bayeux, D-Day beaches, etc.

Local activities include fishing, walking, canoe/kayak, horse riding, mountain biking, tennis, golf, quad biking. Excellent restaurants within easy reach.
