| How to Book |
 |
| 1. |
Choose the property you would like to visit. It's a good idea to make a short list of others you are interested in, if your first choice is not available. |
| 2. |
Phone or email the advertiser to check availability. Remember, most advertisers are private individuals and calls at weekends and on evenings may be more effective. |
| 3. |
If the property is available for the dates you want, you can make a provisional booking with the advertiser. |
| 4. |
Either confirm your booking in writing with the deposit as soon as possible, or cancel your provisional booking if made. Ensure that your confirmation is acknowledged and that you receive a receipt for your deposit. |

| Important |
 |
| Please note that Chez Nous does not accept responsibility for the accommodation advertised in this directory
and is not liable to anyone who responds to any advertisement for any loss which may arise as a result.
Purchasers of the holidays advertised in the directory are strongly recommended to take their own precautions

| Properties for special needs |
 |
| We are aware that a number of holidaymakers have special needs. These may range from a preference for ground
floor bedrooms to full wheelchair access. We have asked the advertisers to indicate whether they think their
property may be suitable for at least some kind of special need. You can request a list of properties deemed
suitable for special needs from our property search facility. Please check carefully with the owner to assess
whether the property meets your individual requirements.
