| The following are the questions
that are most frequently asked by our customers. Hopefully, you will be
able to find the answer to your questions here. |

 |
| 1. I'm having trouble
finding a suitable property. |
 |
Chez Nous has designed this site
and in particular the online property search to make finding your perfect
property in France as easy as possible. In the event that you are experience
difficulty finding what you require, have a look over the following hints.
to availability search page.
Property type: Choose from self-catering or bed & breakfast.
Region: We have divided France into 12 regions from Brittany to Corsica.
If you want to know more about a region before selecting it, either scroll
down to the map and hover over a region or select a region from the menu
to find out more about it and how to get there. It is also worth searching
in neighbouring regions - quite often, searching in another area can deliver
a number of suitable properties that are not far from your original destination.
Sleeps: It may be worthwhile searching in the next range up to you
party size if you are having difficulty finding available properties matching
your specific party size or party make up. (Quite often taking a larger
property does not cost much more).
Dates: Select your arrival date and duration to return properties
which have availability showing on their availability calendar.
You can further refine your search by using the buttons to the right. By
clicking these options, the number of results that you see will reduce,
leaving only those properties which match your requirements. |

| 2. What is the price
for the property? |
 |
| When you book a holiday through
an agent, 'hidden costs' such as agent's commission can result in you paying
more than you have to. With Chez Nous, you cut out the 'middleman' and book
direct with the property owner or representative meaning a big saving on
the cost of your holiday. The prices given in the advertisements are the
costs of renting the property for a week (they are NOT per person unless
specifically stated). In many cases, you will find a comprehensive price
guide, enabling you to find the cost of your holiday straight away. In other
cases, it may not be clear what the cost of your holiday will be. In this
event, you will need to contact the owner of the property direct to clarify
the price. Contact details for the owner are given in the advertisement.

| 3. I have a query
about something mentioned in the description - what do I do? |
 |
| As mentioned in the question above,
you must contact the advertiser in question directly about queries relating
to his/her property. The beauty of Chez Nous is that each property owner
is there to answer your questions and provide you with levels of information
that no company could ever give. Contact details for the owner are given
in the advertisement. You can email the owner directly from the website
or telephone. Increasingly owners have their own websites with much more
information. You may find your answer on their website. You can click directly
though to the owner's website from the advertisement. |

| 4. Why does the availability
for many of the properties show available all year? |
 |
| The Chez Nous availability service
was put in place to reduce the amount of phone calls and emails that a holidaymaker
would have to make in order to find a suitable property. Most advertisers
regularly update their own availability. In some cases however, advertisers
will not update their calendars and you have to assume that the property
is available! In these cases, you should contact the advertiser in question
directly with property availability queries. |
