Set in pretty garden with trees and flowering shrubs. 3 generous bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 3rd has twin single beds. Comfortably furnished dining lounge with Satellite TV. 2 bathrooms of which 1 is ensuite. Very well equipped, all electric kitchen leads into pool room housing the heated pool. Utility room, iron, washing machine etc. Outside there is a partly covered terrace, ideal for dining al fresco. A 5 mins walk takes you to village centre with a small shop, 2 restaurants (WIFI), 13C chateau and ancient church. Roujan 3 mins by car has many shops and UK newspapers. Pézenas, 12 mins, has several supermarkets, a large open air Saturday market, a medieval quarter and many cafés and restaurants. Béziers is 20 mins away. Sparkling Mediterranean 30 mins. Inland, picturesque villages, hills, lakes and gorges. Ideal for walking,cycling, golf, sightseeing and wine tasting. PLEASE NOTE pool closed mid October to mid March hence much reduced price during that period. REGRET no children under 10 or smokers.
