Garden has flowering shrubs, fruit trees, attractive paved patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Price includes electricity,pool heating and maintenance, towels, bed linen and weekly cleaning.
Margon is a very pretty village nestling amongst vineyards with a 13C chateau, ancient church, small shop and 2 restaurants (one with WIFI). Roujan, 3 mins by car, has a good variety of shops, UK newspapers available. Pézenas,12 mins, has large open air market, medieval quarter, several supermarkets, many cafés and restaurants. Béziers 20 mins, sparkling Mediterranean 30 mins. Inland, picturesque villages, hills , lakes and gorges. Ideal for walking, sightseeing, cycling, golf and wine tasting. PLEASE NOTE pool closed mid October to mid March hence much reduced price for that period. REGRET no children under 10 or smokers.
