The small village of Melrand is just a 3 minutes drive or a 20 minutes walk along the same country lane, where you will find all the local amenities.A 15 minute drive will take you to Pontivy our nearest town with the Nantes-Brest canal and restaurants, shops and a stunning chateau to visit.

Accommodation in the apartment/suite 1: is situated on the first floor and totally self-contained enjoying views over the large south facing garden and patio. 13mx5m private patio with furniture. The room is 12m x 4m and filled with natural light from two very large windows with a kitchen area and dining table. Also with a oriental carpeted lounge area with two fine upholstered chairs and superbly dressed bed with beautiful linen. Stylish en-suite shower room.
