Ideally situated for visiting Châteaux, Roman ruins, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding etc. Cognac, Saintes, Angouleme, Futuroscope, Royan, La Rochelle all within easy reach.

The large barn is a stunning three bedroomed, upper storey barn with views over the neighbouring fields.
An external staircase leads to your own private garden with a lawn, sun porch, barbecue, garden furniture and games room with table tennis

Your accommodation comprises of an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with oak timbers and stone walls. The gite is equipped with all modern appliances, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, ironing facilities,dvd and television.

There are two large double bedrooms, a large children's bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds and a shower room.

There are two central woodburning stoves for heating.

In the main courtyard there is a communal walled pool, large garden, table tennis and childrens and toddlers play area.

Linen is included in the price with provision of clean linen at the end of the week if the holiday is two weeks or more.

Short term and long term bookings and flexible changeover days can be taken out of peak season.
