When living in this cottage, we enjoyed the spacious main room downstairs with the grand banqueting table that can extend to seat 20 people and the lounge with the magnificent 16th Century stone fireplace. Ideal to share with friends or family.

The dining room leads to the barbeque area and garden where you can relax with an open outlook.

4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom en-suite downstairs, all different where cots can be added (provided if needed).

This cottage is set in an idyllic rural hamlet of 3 thatched cottages set in 3 acres of park in Southern Brittany called Guergaro which is only 5 mn drive from the local shops at Languidic and 35 mn from the beaches

A fenced, heated 11.5 x 5 metres swimming pool with large sun terrace enjoys panoramic views. The pool is securely fenced making it safe for families with small children. Access is by a small flight of Roman steps. There is also a fun slide, separate paddling pool and a number of sun loungers.

In the park , a fenced fresh water fishing lake

Ideally situated for exploring this enchanting region any time of year.
