Le Gîte: idyllic, south-facing and spotlessly clean accommodation for 2/3 on one level.
The sitting room has charming original features on the exposed stone wall , a traditional Catalan wood-burning stove and electric heater. It is pretty and comfortable with a double bed settee, 2 armchairs and fully stocked book shelves.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area for 4 and a glazed door to a flowery terrace.
The hall way leads to the bathroom and large double bedroom (room for extra bed/cot).
Beds are made up ready for use.
French windows open onto your private garden with BBQ and furniture for relaxing and dining under the shade of a vine. The lovely garden is sheltered and peaceful with sun beds, parasol and natural shade.
The gentle sound of water running into the stream nearby makes it really relaxing.
You have your own private entrance and shaded off-road parking.
There are steps up to the pool the main pool 10m x 5m has a fabulous position with panoramic views & in full sun from dawn to dusk. It is fenced, gated & alarmed to French standards.
Guests enjoy our 120 peaceful acres of meadows, woodlands, breathtaking scenery, pure clean air, fresh spring water & wonderful climate.
The weekly 5 course dinner, created from our own organic produce and local wine, is a happy social occasion for all when we can share with guests our 15 years of experience and knowledge of the area and Catalan culture.
