Situated directly on the piste in the mountain resort of Les Arcs 1800, our apartment is in a quiet location on the top floor looking onto the trees and mountains yet only 5 minutes walk from the village centre of Villards. Skiing is available from mid December through to the end of April with Summer being just as busy for walking, mountain biking, climbing, golf and many more outdoor pursuits.
Our apartment is approximately 39sqm in size and divided over two floors with the bedrooms upstairs. We have owned the apartment for over 5 years and have upgraded the furniture and fittings. This includes a leather sofabed, wall mounted flatsceen TV/DVD and a leather double bed upstairs with stunnimng views across the valley.
All our bedding is duck and down making your stay as comfortable as possible. We have installed a rain shower over the bath and added other littel luxuries to help your stay be as enjoyable as possible
The ski lifts are converted for summer use taking you up and over 3000m with breathtaking views looking over Mont Blanc and beyond! The charming town of Bourg St. Maurice is in the valley, 20 minutes away by car where they offer river walks, rafting and canoeing, plus horse riding and al the usual alpine persuits.
Other places within driving distance include Chamonix, Chambery, Annecy, Lyon (1 1/2hrs) , Geneva (2hrs) and even crossing the borders into Switzerland or Italy is possible, so making this the ideal base for a touring holiday!
Within Les Arcs itself you will find shops, tennis, golf, bars and fabulous Savoie restaurants serving traditional local wines and cheese and bread and of course all the usual fast food restaurants if that's what you may require. There is a supermarket within five minutes walk or alternatively drive down to Bourg for the large Super U or Intermarche to get petrol and some bargains on drinks and clothes.
We require just £150 / €150 deposit and the balance paid within one month of departure. We ask have a booking form for guests to complete and supply comprehensive details, directions and instructions. We have an agency in resort who clean and hold the keys on our behalf.
Currently we do not have the facility to supply linen and therefore the rental is for self catering only. Please bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. You can of course use our lovely feather and down duvets and pillows.
