Equipped to a very high standard to enable you to enjoy yourselves "home There is also a woodburner fire added for extra warmth and cosiness during the winter, to complememt the electric wall heaters.

The conversion has been completed to a high standard and provides three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large open plan kitchen and living room. A raised covered terrace gives panoramic views and a lovely indoor/outdoor space on which to dine/bbq or enjoy a glass watching the sunsets. Beyond is a good sized fenced garden with sun loungers, BBQ and garden furniture.
A ground floor bedroom and en-suite is ideal for more than one family, or the elderly/infirm guests. Bedrooms are equipped with superior beds in a choice of sizes from twin, double to super king.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one being a family room with additional single bed. A full baby/toddler kit is available including cot, high chair, stair gate, changing mat, potty, bibs, plastic cutlery & crockery, baby rocker chair, mothercare swim chair, baby bath, thermometer, night light, linen & baby blankets, booster cushion etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and double sink. Plus all the pots, pans and crockery required by a large party.

The above ground swimming pool is set apart from the gite, in a mown area of a large field, providing glorious views across the countryside. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and chairs for your enjoyment. A selection of pool inflatables is also provided.

The area is renowned for its beautiful lakes, quiet villages, excellent cuisine, woodland trails and numerous chateaux, which can be found along the Richard the Lionheart route. It is therefore ideal for anyone who enjoys walking, fishing, bird watching, water sports, riding and cycling. Many of the lakes have man made beaches and offer truly safe swimming as motorboats are not allowed.
There are a wide variety of attractions close by, including animal parks, museums, theme parks, historical sites, farmers markets - details are contained within the guide in your gite.

Limoges itself is world famous for porcelain and with its beautiful timber framed houses in the ancient catherdral quarter is wonderful to stroll around. Many historic WW11 sites can be visited including the "village of the Martyrs" at Oradour sur Glane. Seven of the most beautiful villages in France are located in the Limousin, with Mortemart close by and Collonges la Rouge to the south. Pompadour and its imposing castle, is the home of the national stud farm for angle arab horses.
