This exclusive, luxury villa is built on an elevated spot and is totally surrounded by glistening sea on 3 sides giving an uninterrupted panoramic view from the snow capped Alps, below and across to Cap d’Antibes, and in the foreground, the bay of Cannes with both the Lerins islands, around and across to the west with the red rock rugged Esterel mountains and nestled below, the small tourist harbor and beaches of La Figueirette.
Passing through security gates and up the sweeping drive you arrive at a large parking area with covered parking for 4 cars, plus space for others.
From here enter though the front door into a circular hallway and climb the circular stone steps to the main living area, or enter via the external terraces.
Kitchen with pantry room, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Patio doors to covered terrace with glass table and seating for 8/10. Built in BBQ and access to pool, overlooking vegetable and herb garden and the sea.
Dining room with large wooden table and seating for 8/10, fold back circular patio doors which create an open area leading directly onto a private south facing terrace, surrounded by sea with a stunning view of the Esterel coastline and port of Miramar.

Up 7 steps to a split level sitting area with bar, bar stools, small sink and fridge freezer. Patio doors to terrace and pool. Sofas and seating for 5 plus a chaiselonge. Table foot table can be on patio. Down 4 steps to the TV area with flat screen TV, full Sky package Apple TV, DVD, open fireplace, sofa and 2 chairs plus an office/library.
From the main sitting area you climb 4 steps to large patio doors leading to a small terrace with cane sofa and the most amazing view of the coastline to the Alps. Off one side from here climb the 4 steps to a double bedroom with air con, en suite shower room with WC, patio doors to terrace. Down circular steps to Master bedroom with patio doors to terrace, ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower, double washbasins and WC.
At the other side of the sitting area, descend spiral steps to another bedroom with 2 single beds together, sofa. Patio doors to terrace. En suite bathroom with corner bath, wash basin and WC.
Climb the spiral steps to double bedroom with door to small terrace facing west, and patio doors with terrace facing north east. Ensuite shower room with washbasin, WC.
Continue up the spiral staircase to double bedroom, terrace to north east and west overlooking both the bay of Cannes and the Esterel Mountains. En suite shower room with wash basin and WC.
Pool 13m x 5m x 4m deep, with heating optional, extensive terracing and gardens in a series of terraces down the side of the rocks. Vegetable garden with some seasonal fruit and herbs.
