French doors leads onto the the large 50 sq mtr sun terrace and garden. The terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool so you can just enjoy breakfast or just relax. This villa is South facing and in full sun.

The village shop sells a variety of goods and local fresh produce, bread and croissants. You can sample and buy wine from Domaine La Visoniere in the village or visit the quaint bar for wines, beers and coffee. There are good restaurants within just a few minutes drive. The large Intermache Supermarket is approximately 7 minutes drive away.

Sainte Valiere is an unspoilt village set in the Minervois region and is surrounded by vineyards. Just a few minutes drive away and you will find Ventenac wine château, Le Somail and the Canal du Midi. There are several good Restaurants within just a few minutes drive.

Within 20 minutes, visit the picturesque town of Narbonne and its adjoining beaches (miles of sand). Bezier is only 25 minutes and of course Minerve, Mirepoix and Carcassone's medieval walled cite are a must!

The Languedoc is a beautiful part of France. Its scenery dynamic from Mountains to miles of wine growing countryside and golden sandy beaches with the deep blue Mediterranean. It doesn't stop there! The Cathar history is renowned and Rene le Château and Carcassonne (outlined within The Divinchy Code and the Labyrinth) are truly worth a visit.
The Roman Oppidum at Columbia and the archaeological discoveries at Salles d'Aude and Narbonne Centre provide numerous outings. Walk along the canal du midi or enjoy a meal at the many restaurants strung along its banks.
