The property is situated on the Beg Meil, Peninsular, just 600m from 2 secluded beaches on the Bay of la Foret (opposite Concarneau) with another 14kms of beaches of all styles, surrounding.
Fouesnant is a very well serviced and picturesque village 1.5 km away. In the summer a multitude of activities of all styles are organised Bretonne festivals (customs and music). Every 2 or 3 nights there are free concerts representing all musical styles, the surrounding area has daily markets.

There are some excellent trailers for walkers or cyclists,by the beaches,forests or across the saline marshlands(nature reserve).

Seafood lovers will be able visit the oyster farms and the local viverie,(seafood shop selling the altra fresh crabs,mussels and other shell fish,still in the sea water).
The fortified coastal town of Concarceau and medieval capital of Quimper are also worth a visit or two.
