It has a large living / dining room with an inglenook, English TV, DVD & CD players, a fully equipped kitchen (including cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher); a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (but please note that this can be made up into a double room.), shower room and w.c. Externally there is an elevated private covered terrace with gas barbeque.
Free Wifi Internet access. All linen and towels, except swimming pool towels, are provided. Laundry and ironing facilities are available within the shared utility area.

Las Costes is nestled in the rolling hills, 670 meters above sea level, to the north of the medieval town of Figeac. The property is part 17th century, constructed in local stone under a terracotta tile roof in the Quercy style set in two and a half acres of landscaped gardens.
The villages of Latronquière (3km) and Maurs (12km) have good basic shopping, cash dispensers and petrol sales and at Maurs each Thursday there is perhaps one of the best local markets in the region. The towns of Figeac, Aurillac and St. Céré provide a full range of shops and there are some excellent restaurants in the area to be enjoyed.
