CENTRALLY LOCATED IN BARNEVILLE CARTERET,COMFORTABLE STONE COTTAGE

Comfortable cottage situated in the heart of Barneville-Carteret, surrounded by all amenities:banks,post office,supermarkets, restaurants , sports & leisure facilities,blue beaches (nearest beach to cottage, a couple of minutes in a car or easy walking distance), marina, foot ferries to Channel Islands. Cottage is set within its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ, parking beside cottage. Accommodation comprises: Living room with sofa, TV, telephone, dining area, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, shower room (newly refurbished from April 2012) with WC. Bedrooms: 1 double mezzanine, 1 twin bedded room. Rental prices are all inclusive including linen & electric radiator heating, except towels. Change over day Saturday only.Weekly maid service for additional week booked. No pets or smokers. 5% discount on weekly rental rates if booked and paid in full 4 months or more before a rental commences,and a further 5% discount to repeat bookers;with the exception of special offers and short breaks (low season).
