La Vachere is situated in the Livradois Forez National Park and is within easy reach of excellent restaurants, the Chateau of Parentignat and the beautiful town of Issoire. Our 200 year old properties are immaculately presented and provide wood burning stoves, dishwashers, washing machines, TV/DVDs and excellent bedding and linen.The village, with all amentities including a Monday morning market and a pretty bathing lake is a 5 minute drive. Chez Elise is a large, one bedroom cottage, which can sleep up to 4; the sitting room has a very comfortable sofa bed. The upstairs bedroom can be set up as a double or twin room. Children are very welcome, and we will be delighted to provide a cot and high chair. There is a sunny, south facing, private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Chez Elise and Chez Antoinette, although quite separate, are ideal for couples or families wishing to holiday together, whilst still having their own space.
