The sitting room has a comfortable sofa bed for the 9th person and the main bathroom has a fully automatic washing machine should you want to take care of any laundry.
Outside is a large patio area for those al fresco meals or to sit and relax whilst enjoying a good book or to take in the woodland setting.
Located midway between Toulouse and Carcassonne close to the Canal du Midi there are a host of local attractions and activities including a golf course at Carcassonne (35mins) and an Equestrian center at St Ferreol.
Le Lac de St Ferreol is only 20 minutes away and boasts a sandy beach, water activities, crazy golf plus plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.
There are further amenities in the vibrant towns of Revel and Castelnaudary, located within 10 to 15 minutes of Le Moulin and both of which have a weekly food market to envy any in France.
The whole region is steeped in the history of the Cathar period and there are many ancient fortresses and Abbeys close by including those at Saissac and St Papoul, only a short drive down the road.
For anyone preferring to enjoy the rural setting, there is Le Moulin's lovely pool and gardens plus plenty of woodland walks to choose from, straight off the property.
