It comprises a large (60 sq. metre) south facing drawing room with huge french window onto a shaded patio with a commanding view of the village and the sweep of hills around it. There are 3 double bedrooms with direct access to full bathrooms. Dining area adjoins kitchen equipped for modern living. The villa is fully furnished and comes with bed linen, towels, crockery and utensils. Satellite TV and DVD player available. There is central heating and fireplace for winter lets. Enclosed swimming pool set amidst adjoining olive groves. Ample recreation areas including bicycling, petanque. Village includes featured restaurants, supermarket, petrol station, shops for food and local crafts, tennis courts. Gliding centre (10 mins), fishing, sailing, two golf courses (20-30 mins). Seillans is conveniently situated for both the Gorge du Verdon and Lac St. Cassien.

Additional information about rental rates
•The change over is on Saturday. There is a £90 end of stay cleaning fee.
£500 pounds deposit is needed to secure the booking, with the remainder of the rent due two months before moving in.
