Spacious apartment EXCELLENT LOCATION for beach/town inc. linen+ final clean
This very spacious (58 sq m) third floor apartment, is situated in a prime location directly opposite Cavalaire’s marina, within 5 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach and minutes from the town centre with shops, cafes, restaurants etc. It has the benefit of air conditioning during the summer months. The large ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine. There is a separate toilet with handbasin. It comfortably sleeps 4 people as there are 2 single fold up beds available in the large lounge area plus the double bedroom . There is a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and a west facing good sized balcony with table and chairs, which is completely under cover and overlooks private gardens and the Maure hills and enjoys the afternoon and evening sunshine.
There is English satellite TV & radio, plus DVD & CD player plus many books & games. There are a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, bats & ball and 3 x snorkel sets.
The apartment has a secure key locked main door with a video entry phone system. There is a lift and stairs, plus secure parking in an underground lock up garage beneath the apartment. There is also a secure store room for bikes etc, with Bike Hire shop opposite the main entrance.
The local market is every Wednesday. There are several beaches in Cavalaire, all sandy, and the nearest is just past the yacht club, approx. 5 minutes from the apartment, and has showers, toilets and life guards during the main season. Bonporto is also a very pretty cove which you can access via the bus or a short drive away or walking if fit. The surrounding area is very pretty especially the coastal road from Cavalaire to Le Lavendu with excellent view points. There are many areas for walking.
Change over day is Saturday, arrive 4pm depart 10am, although negotiable at off peak times. Please contact owner for further details. Prices include linen hire, towels, water and electric for 2 sharing and final clean. If staying longer than 1 week, linen and towels will be changed on a weekly basis on Sundays. There is a supplement of £50 per extra person per week to cover the cost of linen hire etc.
We have a new English cleaner/agent who will be on hand should the need arise, who also offers a collect and return from the airport service should you require it at extra cost.
