Located in the Hautes-Pyrenees part of the vast Department of the Midi Pyrenees, the pretty little Spa village of Capvern les Bains is much nearer the mountain range than many, as it is located in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Nestling in a pretty valley Capvern les Bains is both a delightful and convenient location for exploring this very beautiful area, being only some 40 minutes drive from such tourist attractions as Lourdes and the Pic du Midi and the Spanish border whilst being surrounded by marvellous walking country and pretty villages with their daily markets. This charming, south facing apartment is beautifully maintained internally and has two private terraces to the front ,which provide attractive space for dining and sunbathing. Sunloungers and parasols are provided.

The location at the outer edge of this village provides a peaceful and attractive view of the woodlands, whilst still benefiting from being only a very short stroll from the village facilities such as fresh, locally baked bread, or the restaurants, etc, for those evenings out when you do not want to take the car. There is a private parking space provided.

Facilities within the apartment include a double-bed bedroom with modern en-suite, a well equipped kitchen/diner area with full gas cooker and fridge/freezer, a comfortable lounge, UK and French television, DVD player and small library of DVD's, a cd/radio player, hairdryer, iron, books, games and tennis rackets.

There is a fully equipped laundry room (washer, tumble dryer, etc) available for private hire for just €6 per half day. All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and changed weekly.
