Spacious 3 double bedroomed gite overlooking fields and woods

Les Jincheres is beautifully situated in the country surrounded by farm land, apple orchards, sunflower fields and woods. It is approached by its own driveway and stands in over 2 acres of land.
Le Jardin is a spacious three double bed roomed cottage which has been tastefully renovated incorporating original beams and stone walls
Upstairs there is one double bedroom and a twin room with a bathroom comprising of a bath, toilet and wash basin. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with its own shower room comprising of shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster etc., The lounge has a wood burning stove, UK TV, CD/Radio Player etc., The patio/sitting area is off the lounge area and has a table chairs and bbq. This cottage overlooks fields and gardens.
The pool faces south and is fenced and gated. The lake is approx ½ acre and has wild carp, roach and bream. Visitors are welcome to fish.
The nearest towns are L’Absie (4km) and Coulonge which have all amenities including Doctors, Dentists, Post Offices, Newsagents, Butchers, Bakers, restaurants, bars, banks and much more. Our nearest Supermarket is in L’Absie but there are lots more just 10 mins away in all directions.
The cottage has up to date leaflets on all the tourist attractions locally and details of local restaurants, markets etc.,
During the summer months we have fresh croissants, baguettes , pain au chocolate etc., delivered 6 days a week .
