L'Emeraude is a superbly located two bedroomed holiday home providing spacious accommodation. Situated on a quiet country road, yet only 11 miles from the Atlantic beaches, there is easy access to the attractions of the Vendee including the lively towns of Les Sables d'Olonnes and St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Comfortable accommodation, all one level and suitable for the less able, includes: double bedroom; twin bedroom with cot; lounge with TV (UK channels), DVDs, PlayStation 2, stereo; modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron; modern bathroom with bath, shower, separate WC. Hairdryer.Table tennis, bicycles and games. Large garden and patio with BBQ. Parking. Bed linen supplied. Available all year round.
During the peak summer months, a £60 supplement will apply to bookings for a single week if a two week slot is available. The supplement will not apply where only a single week is available.
