Ideally situated for exploring Cote d“Azur and Eastern Provence. Nice airport 45 minutes. Beaches 35 minutes. Even nearer: Beautiful countryside for walking/cycling; Lac St Cassien for watersports; golf at Terre Blanche.
We love the hillside villages and countryside, but day visits to Cannes, St Tropez, Monte Carlo, or just a drive along the Riviera coast are all fascinating.
Accommodation: Lounge/dining area (Freeview Sat TV/DVD) opens onto covered balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave.
4 bedrooms - 2 bathroom/WC. These are spread over 3 floors, for greater separation and privacy. On the main floor is a double bedroom, also a separate shower room/WC. On the lower floor (pool level) is a king-size bedroom and a twin room with a shared bathroom/WC. Finally, there is a twin-bedded attic room. Each bedroom has either ceiling or floor-standing fan for the peak heat of summer. Windows with insect blinds.
Laundry room (washing machine).
Our terraced gardens offer sunny or shaded areas. Beautiful private 10m x 5m pool with lots of paved space for sunbeds. Also outside is our Summer kitchen with covered terrace, with gas or charcoal barbecues, cooker, fridge - all you need for poolside living.
You can play boules or table-tennis - equipment provided.
We have central heating and a woodburning stove for winter lets.
Sorry no pets. No smoking in house.
Please note that the layout of the house and gardens are not very "toddler-friendly" which could affect the relaxation of the parents, so we'd say it's not suitable for children in the 1-3 age range.
