Lovely traditional fully modernised villa. Fully enclosed with gardens. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge with sofa bed, Satellite TV, large kitchen/dining room, patio with barbecue. Table tennis. Beaches 20 minutes. Saujon is a lovely, small market town 10 kms from resort of Royan. Many excellent restaurants. Also within easy reach of picturesque towns of La Rochelle and Saintes with superb shops and restaurants. Shops and restaurants in Saujon can be easily reached on foot within 7 minutes. Port of Riberou with quayside cafes and boules games within 5 minutes walk.
The stone walls ensure that the house keeps cool in summer and the full gas central heating keeps it as warm you want when required.
In summer the patio is in the shade from around lunchtime so that it is recommended to take lunch outside in comfort. The kitchen/dining room is large and fully equipped with dish-washer, microwave oven and all the utensils you could need.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom and separate toilet plus two upstairs bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilet.
The high definition (HD) TV receives all free-to-air UK TV channels as well as multiple French channels.
