Set in 20 acre château grounds on the edge of the village of Rochserviere, this superb logis offers stylish comfortable accommodation. In two parts, communicating on the first floor: 6 beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms, 2 spacious open-plan living/dining rooms.

Within walking distance of the village centre where you will find a bar/restaurant, some shops, tennis and the river (canoeing, fishing). The Vendee coast is easily accessible (St Jean de Monts 45 minutes), as are the historic town of Nantes (20 minutes) and numerous places to visit.

The logis has own courtyard terrace and access to chateau grounds with private 14m x 7m swimming pool set in a vast lawn area. Further adjacent dining area / games room with table and chairs for seating 12.
Well equipped, each part including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV (French channels), DVD, central heating. Garden furniture, barbeque, cots, high chairs, linen included. Table tennis. Wi-Fi available at the chateau.
