Enter via fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher,fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker, kettle, toaster. Enough crockery, cutlery, pans etc for 7 - additional equipment available on demand.
All rooms connected via marble floored hallway.
Spacious bathroom with double sink unit, bath with shower over & separate WC. Small cupboard.
Spacious living/dining room opening onto 2 private terraces (south & west facing) Equipped with 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table & 6 chairs, library & games chest. TV (French + UK Satellite), DVD/video & CD player with access to DVD & audio book library.
Grand double bedroom opening onto south facing private terrace. Queen size bed, bedside tables & lighting, sofabed, fitted wardrobes, table & 2 chairs.
2nd smaller bedroom with vanity unit & twin beds - ideal for children.
Possibility of double bed for a 2nd couple, but only recommended for short breaks as this bedroom is not as grand as the master bedroom.
Duvets, bedspread, 10 pillows (UK sizing) & blankets provided.
Possibility of accommodating 5 adults/ 4 adults & child with use of sofabed in master bedroom, but only recommended for short breaks, due to reduction of available living space. Due to being on one level, though accessed by short flights of stairs this villa can accommodate elderly/mildly handicapped guests but not recommended for those of severely reduced mobility. Discount available if just a couple taking this villa in low/mid season.
Larger parties can be accomodated in combination with nearby villa Le Petit Bois &/or in the Manoir on B&B basis.
Pets not accepted.
