'Les ecureuils' (The Squirrels) is a luxurious beautifully furnished villa with a lovely pool, floodlit boules pitch and tree filled gardens. The property is well situated in a quiet residential area, within easy reach of many local attractions, including local ports and beautiful beaches, and easy walking distance to Montagnac centre. The villa is approached through electric gates and is both secure and private, it has a long drive and a large parking area. The pool is south facing with the villa built around two sides of it and sliding doors from the garden room opening onto steps to the pool terrace. There is a poolside shower room with toilet, 8 sun beds, parasol, outdoor table and barbecue. There are swings and a see-saw in the garden, as well as a boules pitch.
Indoors there is a huge garden room with a big table to seat 14, and cane chairs and sofa. This leads onto an open plan living/dining area with sofas, TV, DVD, CD player, books and games. There is a brand new, oak, fully fitted and equipped kitchen including gas range cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and much more, with a laundry room next door. Downstairs there is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin room and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is one double with en-suite bathroom, another large double, one twin and a triple which share a bathroom and a shower room, plus a small covered balcony.
Linen and towels are included in the price and pool towels are available to hire. Cleaning and babysitting can be pre-booked and paid for directly to our cleaning lady. Our local agent (a scotsman), will be in to keep the pool and grounds in good order and help you with any problems that may arise.
