Ideal for 2 or 4 guests + infants, using ground floor only [ the first floor can be easily closed off]
or sleeping up to 10 plus infants using both floors.

All the Facilities in property are totally private + include: fully equipped modern kitchen; dishwasher; washing machine; fridge-freezer; fridge; microwave; satellite TV/DVD/video; garden furniture; BBQ, PRIVATE HEATED 33' POOL [10x6], boules, pool table + table tennis.

Linen; quilts, pillows, mattress + pillow protectors supplied.
Linen can be hired £7 for singles, £12 for double, £14 superking
Towels; can be hired £5 per set [1 hand 1 bath]

£50 supplement for 7 night bookings during mid July and August

Spar type supermarket within 10 mins walk, 3 minutes drive together with doctors, chemist, bank, post office, tabac, boulangerie, boucherie, bar restaurant and creperie

10 minutes walk to the historic village Nieul sur L'Autize -
5 mins drive to lakeside beach

Less than 1 hour to La Rochelle and seaside resorts.
90 mins drive NE to Saumur and South to Cognac

[Please note that the railway track shown on the map is totally defunct; it forms a lovely tree-lined boundary ,several metres high, behind high hedges - makes the property very private -an interesting walkway too. ]
