Our home is in the heart of Villes sur Auzon, a delightful village at the southern foot of Mont Ventoux. The house is just over half an hour from Avignon airport and railway stations and just over an hour from the airports at Marsailles and Nimes.

It is situated in a quiet quarter of the village on a tree lined road close to one of the village fountains and a romanesque arch that leads into the square. Parking is easy with bays immediately outside and close-by the house.

Within a couple of minutes walk are 2 bakers, a mini-market, grocer, florist, tabac, gift shops, La Poste, cafe-bars and excellent restaurants.

The generous accommodation is on three floors. The front door opens to the entree with armchairs and a work area. A part glazed door leads to the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. An archway takes you into the large 'L' shaped living room with a dining table seating six, two sumptuous sofas and an armchair. Patio doors open to the SW facing private stone walled garden offering both sunshine and shade all day. There is a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining and a couple of sun loungers.

On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed and a walk-in wardrobe (also housing the automatic washing machine) plus a roof terrace with table, chairs and sun umbrella and a bathroom with full size bath tub and seperate shower cubicle.

On the 2nd floor there is a twin bedroom with two 3ft. single beds, a large dressing room and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

The high standard accommodation and equipment include three WC's (one on each floor), UK and French television, DVD, CD/radio, telephone for local calls and Wi-Fi internet access.

We do not accept bookings from parties that include under 21's or pets and the house is a non smoking environment.

Our prices are inclusive of all services and include bed linen and towels for use in the house only.
