Beautiful secluded South facing villa nestled in the lee of a hill with a very large terraced garden with numerous olive, fig ,oak and quince trees. It is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque medieval village of Callian with a view over the trees and valley to Montauroux in the distance. It is a 10 minute walk to the village or 2 minutes in the car; the villa lies between these villages. It is approximately 50 mins from Nice Airport, 35 mins from Cannes and the coast,10 mins from the Four Seasons resort and championship golf course. It has 9m by 4m pool with sunloungers and parasols

Accommodation:

Is arranged on three floors : the main living area being on the second floor. From the drive and swimming pool level the main door leads into a large entrance hall. This leads upstairs to the main living floor.This floor has one double and one twin bedroom (beds can be pushed together) both with fitted wardrobes.There is a brand new(2012) bathroom with bath and shower and WC and there is also a separate WC. There is a utility room with washing machine ,iron and ironing board and a second fridge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker,microwave, coffee maker ,dishwasher and fridge and a door leads outside to a large outdoor table and chairs which sits under the shade of an oak tree.The living room has large picture windows leading to the shaded veranda. It has comfortable furniture and a TV with Sky satellite, DVD player and CD /radio player and ipod dock. there is free WiFi.There is also an open fire .
On the top floor is another double bedroom with king size bed with an ensuite shower and WC ( new in 2012)
There are electric heaters in all the rooms for the cooler months and fans for the hotter ones.
Linen and towels are included in the price but not POOL towels.
There is a small child's bed available.There is a cot and high chair.
