ONLY 45 MIINS DRIVE FROM NEAREST SEA BEACHES AND 20 MINS TO LAKE. The sun is on the pool area all day and there are sun loungers, umbrellas and a shady pergola for your comfort. Within walking distance of the pretty medieval hillside village of Seillans which has a bar, 3 good restaurants, tea room and cafe, a small but good supermarket, baker, newsagent, general store, chemist, hairdresser and beautician, DOCTOR AND DENTIST.
One hour drive to Nice airport, about 2 hrs to Marseilles airport, 40-45 minutes drive to Cannes, Antibes, St Raphael, Frejus and their beaches. 20 minutes drive to Lac St Cassien, a lovely large lake with pedalos, small beaches and bar/restaurants around its edge.
ACCOMMODATION: 3 bedrooms (1 with kingsize bed with an adjoining shower and WC and 1 with kingsize bed with en suite bathroom - both rooms with doors opening onto the shady terrace - and 1 with 3 standard single beds and en suite shower room with lavatory and washbasin - ideal for children sharing together. The bedrooms are not air conditioned, but there are fans in each room. There is also a hair dryer. Large airy open plan living/dining/kitchen area with woodburning fire, high beamed ceiling, comfortable cream leather sofas, and black rectangular dining table. This leads to an open-plan modern fully equipped "American" kitchen, with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, american fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. Separate WC off the main room. Upstairs, looking down on the main room, is a bright mezzanine study with adjoining wc and washbasin. Satellite TV (Freeview not Sky), DVD, cd player, Wifi. Two sets of double patio doors lead from the main living room outside onto a shaded terrace with black metal dining table seating up to 8 people and a built-in BBQ. Bed linen and bath towels (NOT pool towels) provided. The house is cleaned before and after each let.
GARDENS: Large pool (12 x 5m) with security fence, and seating areas in both sun and shade, including a large shady pergola. There is a table tennis table with bats for the energetic. Completely private gardens with olive and fruit trees and parking for several cars.
