2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine bedroom, close to beach.

The holiday village is in an ideal situation near St Jean de Monts, on the edge of the preserved national forest with lovely cycle tracks in the forest. There is a road to cross which runs in front of the holiday village, and then there is a track through the forest which is 650m.
All the houses are in groups of adjoining houses but each has a private outside area with a terrace and with table and chairs. There are numbered separate parking spaces as the complex is semi-pedestrianised.
The pool is heated and open from 1/06 to 15/09.

All the houses are tiled inside with white walls and often have pine furniture. The doors from the terrace lead into the open plan lounge with sofa, dining and kitchen area, with open stairs which lead up to the mezzanine.
In the kitchen area there is a sink, fridge, electric rings and a mini-oven or micro wave and the crockery and cutlery.
The width of beds are Double approx.140cm, Single approx. 80cm. There are blankets, bedspreads or eiderdowns and pillows in the villas.
The bathrooms have a flexible shower hose fitment from the bath.
There are 2 sized houses available. Below are further details :

Type CCK house for 6 persons with Mezzanine, approx 51 - 58 m²:
Downstairs there is one double bedroom with ensuite shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double, and a sofa bed for 2 people or 2 singles on the open mezzanine bedroom area. All the villas have a second bathroom with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment, and a second toilet.
There is also a slightly smaller CBT house, for 4 or 5 persons :
The laundry is shared at Reception.
Animals are accepted (25€ per week).

Heated swimming pool open approximately from end of April (weather permitted).

Please also note that you can get free WIFI access at Reception ( only available from 31/03/2012 to 8/10/2012) .

Electricity and water charges are payable at all times (by meter reading from 09/10/2011 to 31/03/2012, and 20 euros per week from 9/06 to 8/09/2012, and 35 euros per week other times) , as well as final clean, unless you choose to do it yourselves.
