Residence excellently situated, with direct access to the sandy St Jean de Monts beach (approx 50metres) with a shared swimming pool, by the golf club bar and restaurant, the Spa Thalassotherapy and waters sports centre.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. A typical (T3) 6 person apartment is 55m² and has a small balcony and a small lounge with double sofa bed, and table and chairs with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen area. This is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 2 electric rings and a mini oven or microwave.
There is 1 bedroom with twin beds, and a second double bedroom. There is a bathroom with a bath with shower fitment, and toilet.
Some apartments have a TV, please ask us at the time of booking if you would like one.
The apartments are tiled throughout, some with carpet in the bedroom.
Extra details: All apartments have pillows and blankets.
The apartment building has 4 floors with 2 lifts and has approx. 100 apartments. The apartments were built during 1991. Some apartments will allow pets (39€ per week), please ask. Some apartments have a numbered underground parking space - please ask. At the bottom of the first basement, you will find special hooks if you want to tie up your bikes with an anti-theft device, but you will need the key to the underground parking to have access to this basement.
All the apartments are privatly owned and furnished to the owners tastes.
The prices shown here are for the cheapest apartments. The cost varies according to the owner and if he has done some work in the apartment.

Saturday Shuttle bus from Nantes Airport to St Jean de Monts.
If you fly to Nantes on a Saturday, between approximately mid-May and early September, a shuttle service can take you right to your Wake Up in France accommodation in St Jean de Monts, and collect you on the return. Places must be pre-booked.
