As chosen in The Times as a Child and wallet-friendly summer holiday. A modern holiday villa complex at ST JEAN DE MONTS, in the Vendee region, only 1300m from the famous long, sandy beach with two swimming pools and paddling pool. The first swimming pool is only from 26/05 to 16/09, and the second from 16/06 to 15/09.
This house has 2 bedrooms and a third open mezzanine bedroom area.
All the villas are tiled inside with white walls and have locally made pine furniture. The doors from the terrace lead into the open plan lounge with sofa, dining and kitchen area, with open stairs which lead up to the mezzanine.
In the kitchen area there is a sink, fridge, 4 electric rings and a mini oven and the crockery and cutlery.
The width of beds are Double :140cm, Single : 80cm. There are blankets and pillows in the villas.
The bathrooms have a flexible shower hose fitment from the bath, or have been changed and now have just a shower cubicle. Please indicate if you require a bath.

The house is approx. 56m² and downstairs there is one double bedroom with ensuite shower or bathroom (with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment, or just a shower) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: there is a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double, and a sofa bed for 2 people or 2 singles on the open mezzanine bedroom area. Some villas have a second bathroom with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment or a shower cubicle, and some have a second toilet and some have a garage.

Sheets cost 8 euros per week and per person. Bath towel 4€, hand towel 3€, bath mat 3€. Baby cot cost 25€ per week. High chair cost 15€ per week.
